    Authorized User

NIMAC Authorized Users (AUs) are designated by a State Coordinator. Once an AU is registered with the NIMAC, the AU can search for and download files, or assign files to Authorized Media Producers (AMPs) for conversion into required formats.

If you are not yet designated but would like to find out more, please check out our FAQ or contact us. All AUs that register with the NIMAC must submit a Limitation of Use Agreement. This document is automatically emailed to the new user as a part of the registration process.

    Need to locate an AMP?

You can download a listing of all AMPs registered with the NIMAC by logging into the AU portal, clicking on Contact Information, selecting AMPs from the menu, and then clicking the Export button.

For more specific searching, you may also wish to use the online AMP Directory at the American Printing House for the Blind. This database is not connected with the NIMAC, but is a free, self-listing service for AMPs who wish to promote their services. You can search the directory here: AMP Directory.
